First we (myself and my son) met Barbara and picked a car for my son and gave $ 260/- as deposit to take the car off the market. She was very nice and patient with us during the whole process, inclduing 'tes for my son and gave $ 260/- as deposit to take the car off the market. She was very nice and patient with us during the whole process, inclduing 'test drives' etc. Next day we found out that my son has to repeat 3 college classes during the summer and we couldn't afford 'that'car any more. When I called and explained this to Mike he was very understanding and returned us the deposit. I consider this a very nice jesture and very nice business ethics. It was good to see that people like Mike still exist in this highly materialistic world, especially in 'car deaking'. I did not want to let this go un-recognized and will try other 'review' forums as well, including telling all my friends about this company's professionalism and decency.
