Took our van in for a 4 hour $400 diagnostics test ONLY. ..came out with a $2700 bill. Drove my van in and couldn't drive it out because they disassembled it. This dealership did warranty repairs on my vehicle, then double dipped and charged me the over amount that warranty would not cover. I have worked in a dealership atmosphere for over 13 years, who I file warranty claims for over 13 locations myself. In which never in that timeframe was the customer EVER charged the difference in what warranty paid vs what your tech has in the repairs. The ultimate goal of any service department is to get your tech trained to beat warranty flat times so they earn a bigger commission. However you charged it to me the consumer. I am disgusted. No return calls from Service Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, complaint with Ford or other reviews. More
