Not happy.eith the service. Took cat in to Acess Gord on hwy 77 for 3 recalls. Fuel pump in tank, door handles, something on license plate. When job was finished drove car home and smelled has. Tank spilled gas all the way home. Took it back and they fixed it but now engine light is on, car won't start with key remote, seats won't heat. Took car to Auto parts and the computer showed that it was the fuel emissions from gas tank. He asked if anyone had worked on gas tank. I had just had Acess Ford work on it . I took car back to Acess Ford and spoke to Cindy Lopez, she said it would cost me $150 to have them look at it. I'm not happy because this was caused by mechanics that dropped tank. We never had any problems with our car until they got their hands on it. Before we took it in the car would turn on eith key remote, seats would heat up, and engine light was not on. More
Ford F-450 on Thor Motorhome This is the second time I have had to take my motorcraft battery back to the dealership. The first time Service representative was gracious and repla This is the second time I have had to take my motorcraft battery back to the dealership. The first time Service representative was gracious and replaced it with a new battery. The second time a few months later the service rep. named Cindy asked to leave it so it could be checked out. I explained that I had slowed charged for 24 hours and it would not take a charge. She said I had to leave it so they could inspect it and she would call me when it was ready. She never called so I called her 24 hours later and she stated that she could not give me a battery because they had to check the vehicle. I explained to her that I could not bring the motorhome to the dealership because I needed a battery. She stated she could not help me out to contact the 1-800 number so they could get a wreaker out to pick it up. I explained I only lived 3 miles away and I would put it on and bring the motorhome in again she said no. I called the 1-800 number and explained to them that the stabilizers were out and I could not re-track them without a battery. They said they could not pickup. So I called the service manager and left a message. He never responded so I called the Ford motor company and left a message. I called the General Manager and also left a message, which she did respond and said for me to go pickup a battery. My wife was called by Cindy to go and pickup the battery. I picked up the battery and installed it and took the Motorhome to the dealer and Cindy stated to leave there and they would look at it. It sat at the dealership all day and never got touched because they could not get into the service bays to inspect. WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME. I had to take to take it Sames Ford in Kingsville, TX. The GM Katherine Alexander was very gracious and compassionate about the problems we had with the service writer, however, I have already made up my mind that I would probably never drive another Ford, which is sad because I have had a F-350, F-250, 2017 F-250, and the F-450 motorhome. More

Great service Darlene Lee was great to deal with and helpful to both me and my wife (Julie Carr), Everyone in service very polite an courteous. On the other side of the story me and my wife bought our F150 the same day. Come to find out they sold her truck to Her with a Recall (Seat Belt)(Bad Business) Both trucks had to have there APINs replaced Hers took 5 visits & mine 3. It took her 3 months to even get her tags, which we found out they would get for her until they got the recall fixed. Ford needs to have a Recall on all there APINs. Its been a bad experience for both of us and a lot of other people we know. When you pay 65K for a vehicle you expect everything to work. I feel Ford is putting your worker in a hostile environment producing a vehicle that wouldn't hold up. More
Repair to items that were a Ford recall issue. I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. I was told the work would take about two hours. Within 10 minutes of arrival for I was able to schedule an appointment that worked with my schedule. I was told the work would take about two hours. Within 10 minutes of arrival for my appointment the car was taken to an open bay and the repair was done in just under 90 minutes from my arrival. More
