This seems to be a South Texas thing as I've used multiple dealerships and none give you a projected time and actually let you know they will miss it. generally find out car is ready by calling and they seem surprised no one called. Excellent Service Crew almost anything that could go wrong with a truck was wrong with ours. Juan kept in touch with us threw out the entire process keeping us up to date on almost anything that could go wrong with a truck was wrong with ours. Juan kept in touch with us threw out the entire process keeping us up to date on repairs needed, completed and suggested to get the truck back to like new. The repairs did seem pricy but willing to pay knowing it was done right the first time and with a 2 year warranty on any of the parts they replaced. great service More

Brought it in to Access Ford, had it checked and was advised by Service Advisor Juan Buentello that the leaf springs had to be replaced. Parts were ordered, and the vehicle repaired. No hassle or bull just done, quickly and gracefully. Great service department. All done on warranty work with no out of pocket expenses! More
