Courteous people. My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they My service representative "Tim" was very helpful and courteous. However, Ford has a policy, at least here, that no matter what the problem is, they charge two hours minimum for work on a Diesel engine. I had a check engine light that just needed resetting, as there were no problems requiring repairs and it cost me $280 which was less than the $165/hr labor charge normally tagged on. Not too happy about that. Otherwise my check engine light has not returned for 125 miles, so I'm happy not to worry about that. More

Not friendly Doez not keep the customer informed! I walked in and a man possibly named Roy that was the sign he was standing under. Asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment to have my truck I walked in and a man possibly named Roy that was the sign he was standing under. Asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment to have my truck serviced. He is instantly stand oafish asking who I talked which I had miss heard the name of the associate helping me on the phone. So he starts asking the other gentleman if he talked to me. When that person responded he didn't remember he shrugged his shoulders and said we will see what we can to possibly Juan talked to you. Like it was make or break who I talked to whether my truck would be looked at. Then almost afraid to ask because of the reception I had received so far I asked if he knew how long it would be before it was looked at so I would know if I need to call someone to pick me as I had my three year old with me. He shutter and responded I dont know I haven't been here for a few days. Then as I waited several sales men sat around a desk where I heard at least two curse words as they talked about a customer not happy with the deal they offered them. Then speculated about the customer. Bottom line we as customers have a choice where we spend our money. Before I stepped foot in your dealership my husband said you can trade the truck in on a new F350 if you want. Nope not at this dealership. I waited till almost noon when Juan called me to tell my truck was ready. Since he didn't check me he called me on the phone. Ok. I walk to the cashier where I was told to sign here. I asked can I please know what was wrong with my truck. Which she replies I don't know do you want me to call him back over. Juan did come over and tell me what was wrong and what was replaced. Yes, please. Communication is the key to good customer service and friendly employees! We will not be back to this dealership. More
