Quick. Efficient. Advance warning! I went to Access Ford's service center HOPING I would be able to squeeze in an oil change and tire rotation before driving off to a delivery route. M I went to Access Ford's service center HOPING I would be able to squeeze in an oil change and tire rotation before driving off to a delivery route. Multi-point inspection and requested services were all complete in not much more than an hour while I did paperwork online in their computer room. Once service was complete, the service rep advised me that the recommended 100k service would be good to shoot for next time I'm in. I always appreciate getting a heads up in advance when possible so I have a chance to prepare $$$ for the larger tickets. In this case, the heads up was spot on, allowing me to plan on part of the task next time with the remainder two trips from now. More

Coolant Leak Crew did a good job identifying issue and providing recommendation to fix. No issues. Not only was recall item fixed but the leak in the coolant. A little disappointed I was a little disappointed with the service. My rest was very polite but wanted to charge me 150.00 for just looking at it and neglected to tell me I was a little disappointed with the service. My rest was very polite but wanted to charge me 150.00 for just looking at it and neglected to tell me but the kicker was, they visually looked at it and did nothing to fix it. Then they mention the price to me and still could not guarantee me that the problem would be fixed. And I got a call from a sales rep to to see if I wanted to trade in a car that I have only had for a year. Not very encouraging. More
