Patching the issue not fixing it My 2018 Lincoln Navigator has been in the shop multiple times for malfunctioning 4x4. Each time they reset the code and send me home with it instead o My 2018 Lincoln Navigator has been in the shop multiple times for malfunctioning 4x4. Each time they reset the code and send me home with it instead of fixing the problem. I have been nice and patient until they left me in a position where it was not safe to drive on my family vacation. That of which I had it in the shop two times over the last two months to fix It Right AND THEY still didn’t. I wanted a good once over and this issue resolved so we could go on our Christmas vacation. I had to refuse to pick it up and throw a fit it wasn’t fixed properly! They could of had me and my three children stranded hundreds of miles away from home if I had trusted them! I had to buy plane tickets because renting a large SUV was going to be even more expensive than just flying to Colorado. More

Slackers & Swindlers Earlier this spring, I went in with an issue with the motor, which raises and lowers the window, inside my door panel. A few days after dropping it of Earlier this spring, I went in with an issue with the motor, which raises and lowers the window, inside my door panel. A few days after dropping it off, I went and picked up the truck. I thought everything was in order, boy was I wrong. First, I drove off and about 3 or 4 miles down the road I realize the hood had not been secured.....WTH! Boy was I irate. I called immediately to let them know about it. Secondly, I do not know how they are gonna send off a truck with a dirty rag left dangling out from the panel. It was a complete joke. The guy in charge, bless his heart offered a free detail but I was ticked. I mean come one, why do I have to waste my time to take my truck back because of your incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Then just last month I had my check engine light come on and I went to them again to have them look at it. I was quoted for over $2000 in repairs, which as alarming as that was, was not the reason I decided I would never go back to these clowns. What really set me off was that just two weeks prior to taking my truck in for a look, I had changed out my Air Filter. Well, guess what they said I needed to change? You guessed it, the AIR FILTER. Did they even look at it? After seeing that, I questioned the other items they suggested I should have replaced. I suggest people stay away from these guys and find a reputable mechanic, another dealership or learn to work on your own vehicle. I have no problem with the guy who took my information and whom I met with when I took my truck in and picked it up. The issue is with the lame service personnel who are incompetent and not trustworthy people. Andy More
