I took my Ford F 250 in for an AC issue, it is not cooling the way it's supposed to be. The air from the AC is coming out cool but not cold as it should. There is also an issue with smelling everyth cooling the way it's supposed to be. The air from the AC is coming out cool but not cold as it should. I feel like they didn't do their due diligence in troubleshooting the AC issue. They just turned the truck on, felt the AC, it's cooling, so it's good. More
Went in for a tire balance, hours later was told that I couldn’t get it done because the mechanic suggested I get new tires and an alignment. I was told by Maribel that my tires were over 5 yrs old..my car couldn’t get it done because the mechanic suggested I get new tires and an alignment. I was told by Maribel that my tires were over 5 yrs old..my car isn’t even 5 years and they remark at 2/32nds 3/32nds…I told her I brought my vehicle in a month prior for a tire rotation and oil change and no one told me of my tires needing to be replaced or an alignment. She asked me if my car was new or used when I bought it, I told her used but that it only had 1100 miles on it…with that she tells me it was probably the previous owners driving that caused the issue. 1100 miles..on a Lincoln..it’s not like the vehicle goes off roading. She tells me she’ll txt me a quote for the alignment and new tires…$1300…uhh nooo thanks. By the way..my tires: 3 born on date 2623 one born on date 2625…MOT 5 years old..very disappointed More
