The experience of buying the vehicle was great , although when the car needed to be detailed I was told to bring it back since it was the weekend . When we did take it back on Tuesday the salesman Jacob Cha when the car needed to be detailed I was told to bring it back since it was the weekend . When we did take it back on Tuesday the salesman Jacob Chavera seemed to be bothered when we arrived and asked him for the detailed on the expedition. We ask him for recommendations on installing a tow hitch on our vehicle he said he would call me back on it still waiting. More

Disappointed with window tint in that I was not given options. Did not notice any difference before and after tinting.
