Sales person was great, made the deal and was done in a very short time, however the finance department really drug their feet. 2 weeks after buy the vehicle they still hadn’t completed the financing. We saw a truck online and was able to set up an appointment and go test drive it the next day. We worked with Ray Ortiz, and he was great. There was no pressure to buy. Although, I did not like the appointment and go test drive it the next day. We worked with Ray Ortiz, and he was great. There was no pressure to buy.
