This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I had several mechanical issues and had to bring the truck in a couple of times. No one would call to let me know the status of the truck. I would leave messages and not ever get a call back. The title was sent to the wrong address and I could not get anyone at Access Ford to call me back about it. I am currently trying to get the title from the state of Texas myself. I even left a message with the GM and never heard back from them either. After the sale, the salesmen would refer me to someone else that would not call me back. It was very frustrating dealing with them. More
