Took 1 hour and 15 minutes plus to do a oil. change and tire rotation. I called afterwards and was told that they were shorthanded. Very disappointing. I loved the salesman but service is bad. 2 trips & I still do not have a headliner. It was suggested that I go to a different dealership for service. We have issues and would like to talk to someone about them. Brought car in for service and tire rotation. When we drove it there was vibration in tires. Brought truck in for a recall. They didn’t change any of my info from the original owner of the truck even though I tried to tell them over the phone when I made the appointment.
