Do not how to work on diesels This is in reference to the service department. Nice people, but I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them for the This is in reference to the service department. Nice people, but I don't believe they know what they are doing. I have been dealing with them for the past 2 months (7 times in the shop) on my diesel. After the 7 visits and $3K later, the truck actually runs worse. After picking up the truck the last time, I immediately called them and left a message with Julian (service manager) and have yet to hear back. After they charged me $3K to fix it and it running worse, I am now taking it to a shop that specializes in diesels. Should have done that in the first place but I assumed since Abernathy sold diesels, they could work on them. I was proven wrong. This is my 6th heavy duty truck and would like to have a new one soon. It will not be from Abernathy. More
