A call to the service dept. and return trip was necessary for corrective measures so the end result was good ~ but should have never been necessary. More

Service Department is second to none! The Service Department at ACC is all about taking care of everything! I called to get an oil change and car wash on the spur of the moment and Rachel The Service Department at ACC is all about taking care of everything! I called to get an oil change and car wash on the spur of the moment and Rachel got me right in. She arranged a ride for me to get to work when the shuttle was already out. When I called after the normal shuttle hours to be picked up, she sent someone for me immediately. She met me at the counter with my keys and paperwork with the same friendly smile she had earlier in the day. That's the type of service we've had from that department for the past 18 years that we've lived here! Thanks ~ Aberdeen Chrysler, we'll miss you when we leave Aberdeen. More
