Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle less than a year ago. I pull the front tire off to check the brake and notice there was a caliper mounting bolt missing. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Nate ago. I pull the front tire off to check the brake and notice there was a caliper mounting bolt missing. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Nate the sales manager to let him know what I found and that my daughter was driving this vehicle for almost a year in this condition. I asked Nate the sales manager to replace the bolt, he refused to replace a $10 Bolt and told me to get it myself. The most concerning part is that he did not even care that his mechanic missed this during a pre-sale inspection. He did offer up a bunch of excuses. I believe the customers always right I even had pictures to show him Nate did not care. Save your money and your stress go to Kelly Nissan instead they they are much better. And appreciate their customers. More
My family has purchased 5 new nissans from this dealer. We continue to take them all for service in the same dealer. Our most recent purchase a 2023 Nissan rouge has had a total 3 services performed at Abeloff Nissan. While visiting our children in Florida I took the vehicle in for service at Alan Jay nissan in Sebring Fl. Shortly after dropping off the vehicle the service manager contacted us to advise us that they could not perform the service as our engine oil drain plug is stripped out. They explained we would have to pay 550 dollars to replace the oil pan in order to perform the service. We immediately contacted the service department at Abelloff as they are the people who have ever touched this vehicle. To our surprise they refused to cover the cost. Instead they advised us to bring the vehicle to Pennsylvania and there they would cover the repair for the damage they caused. We explained again that we are nearly 1100 miles away in Florida and being advised not to drive the vehicle as the drain plug could fall out while driving and possibly lead to catastrophic engine failure. Never would i have imagined this is how we would be treated. Once we return to Pennsylvania we fully plan on trading in this vehicle but will no longer be for a nissan. More
I had a questionable last service experience which has now wavered my trust in this dealership as I was informed that I needed a new drive belt as it was worn out (obscure photo of alleged worn belt was a now wavered my trust in this dealership as I was informed that I needed a new drive belt as it was worn out (obscure photo of alleged worn belt was attached to service estimate $200 plus to replace) however on my last service visit (oil change) I was also advised of the same worn drive belt and they replaced that belt at that time so it is new and could not be worn out as was reported. When I informed the service adviser of this she acknowledged it being replaced last vist and apologized and said that should have been taken off the estimate. However it was obvious the service tech manually put the repair needed (with obscure photo of alleged worn belt) on the estimate stating it needed replacement now. I no longer can trust this dealership with my car. More
My issues with Abeloff Nissan stem from their service department. It has morphed into a real shoddy operation. Has declined over the past 3 years. They need to higher service writers who connect better department. It has morphed into a real shoddy operation. Has declined over the past 3 years. They need to higher service writers who connect better with their customers and mechanics who take their job seriously and now basic mechanics. Now, this may not apply to all the employees there, but I've had enough of spinning the rullet wheel to see who I end up with. From shorting me a quart of oil in my engine to mis diagnosed repair, where I had to show their mechanics why the diagnosis was wrong and that it was because of a loose bolt on a part that they mis installed the year before, to telling me not to have a Nissan Service Bulletin performed on my 2022 vehicle because it was damaging the vehicle computer. The thing the bulletin was designed by Nissan to reprogram. So all that being said, I no longer go to Ableloff for anything, but instead to Kelly Nissan in Easton. What a massive improvement overall. Kelly Service Dept. 5 Stars. More

As a young woman this dealership tried to sell me a used vehicle that had a rusted out bottom and frame, i took it to my mechanic who told me it would not last even 2 years and was a $15,000 used vehicle. N vehicle that had a rusted out bottom and frame, i took it to my mechanic who told me it would not last even 2 years and was a $15,000 used vehicle. Needless to say i did not buy this car. This dealership apologized and claimed their service department didn’t have any idea. Probably partially my own fault, but i believed them and the salesman sold me a different vehicle. I would also like to add that before buying said vehicle the salesman repeatedly tried to put me in cars that were outside of my specified budget. A year after purchase this vehicle had a rear drivetrain issue, and was still under warranty. So i took it to the dealership to have it fixed. They had my car for well over a month and refused my requests for a courtesy car until one month had passed of them having my car sit in their lot and them doing nothing with it. 2 years and some months after this repair the same exact issue and part is once again out of commission. The service department refused any resolution or assistance of the issue this time and I am now having this replaced a SECOND TIME in under three years at my own expense. I’ll take it to a trusted mechanic this time and never set foot on this lot again. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. More
Abeloff Nissan Nissan dealer Bartonsville PLACE DETAILS Photo of Laurel C Laurel C just now This is the only review I have ever written. I am doing it bec dealer Bartonsville PLACE DETAILS Photo of Laurel C Laurel C just now This is the only review I have ever written. I am doing it because women are unsafe here. Abeloff Nissan tries to nickel and dime customers and force you to spend money that is unwarranted. Abeloff dealership forced me to buy windshield wipers in 2021 or they said they would fail my inspection. The wipers were fine, but I went along with it or else I would have had to pay again for the inspection. $40 for wipers. They tried to get me to change the air filters, too, even though they were brand new (I had replaced them myself just beforehand). Tim Mylan, service person, had the audacity to drag me to the garage and show me the (brand new) filter and claim it was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced. No shame whatsoever. I returned to Abeloff Dealership 5000 miles later, one pandemic year, because my car needed an inspection and oil change and I had pre-purchased the oil changes. Again, after waiting almost two hours, Mylan informed me that Abeloff would fail my car's inspection if I did not replace the windshield wipers! When I told him he demanded the exact same thing just a year prior (5000 miles), he looked surprised and said "I did?". I objected this second time and asked him to show me the problem. There was absolutely no problem with the wipers. I again objected. I believe Abeloff was trying to force me to spend more money and they treated me like I didn't understand what they were doing. Women are not safe here. In fact, while I was discussing this issue with the manager, a service person, Scott Prue, who had nothing to do with this and was not waiting on me, felt the strong need to chime in and shout at me. I said Abeloff would not treat me in this manner if I were not a woman. Scott Prue roughly informed me that since the manager was a woman, I couldn't use the "woman card." Women are not safe here. When I asked for his name, he pointed his finger at me and said "I don't give a xxxx about my job!" and then threatened me saying he would come at me. No one did anything about it or said it was inappropriate. I genuinely feared for my safety. Again, women are unsafe at Abeloff dealership. When I explained in detail the issue about the brand new air filter that Mylan tried to convince me was in need of replacement, the manager, Leeann Krauss, also threatened me and said that she would call the police to "report me" if I continued speaking about Abeloff. She just kept repeating that she would call the police to arrest me if I spoke again at all. I don't know what for, but if a manager at Abeloff dealership says she is calling the police on you for speaking, you are vulnerable and at risk. Women are not safe here. They nickel and dime you. They threaten women who challenge bogus charges. STAY AWAY! Go anywhere else. More

Had a horrible experience with Abeloff Nissan Service Center in Bartonsville. Brought in my Nissan Altima due to slight crackling and popping under the hood. $3,000 later they returned my car back to me in worst shape. The motor was loud and bucked when put into gear. Further work on it did not fix it. Finding another mechanic to undo what they did or at least, find out what they over looked. Save your money... go somewhere else. More

Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else. I bought my jeep from them about 2 years ago. You get free inspections for life and 4 free oil changes. Every time I went in for a free oil change, they would find something wrong with the car. Something that I know for a fact wasn't a problem before I brought the car to them. This happened 3 times and I never used my fourth oil change and went to Competition tire for them after that. Now for the inspection. I bought the car in December 2017 and it was inspected until 11/18 meaning they had just inspected it. There was a chip in the windshield when I bought the car but they assured me it was no big deal and that it would pass the next inspection so long as the chip didn't move. Come 11/18, I took it to them to get it inspected and they told me I had to get the entire windshield replaced for a measly 600 dollars or so. Keep in mind I am a full time college student who works part time so this is just impossible for me. So apparently the chip was fine when they inspected the car with the intent to sell it but now that I had brought it back to them the windshield suddenly needed to be replaced. So now my story ends with my 11/19 inspection. I brought the car to them and they come out and tell me that the air cabin filter housing was never there and that it was obviously important to the car's performance. So now they're telling me that they sold me a car without a filter or even the housing for the filter. So fine, I pay for it, they tell me they need me to order it so I can come back the week after. An entire week rolls by and I still haven't received a call from them, so I have to take it upon myself to call and ask about the part. After navigating their horribly oblivious and apparently technologically challenged service/parts team, I'm finally told that yes, the part had been there for days and I can bring it in the next monday. When the next monday comes around I wait about 2 hours in the waiting room just for me to find out that they need special clips for the filter housing that they didn't know about so they would have to order them so I would have to come back Wednesday. So that wasted 2 hours of my day I could've spent studying. Finally, today, I go in and they have the clips. I only have to wait in the lobby for about 15 minutes. The guy (I think his name was John?) tells me i'm all done and gives me the bill. The bill was 6.00 for the cost of the clips and 35.99 for the 10 minutes it took for them to put them in. I have been patient with Abeloff Nissan for two years now but this whole air filter ordeal has pushed me over the edge. They do sloppy work, charge astronomic labor prices, and they nitpick and screw with your vehicle so you have to spend more money than you should. Their service department is shady and unreliable. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else! More
