I was coming down from the Bay Area and Michael G assisted me through this purchasing process. Not only did he make sure the inquired vehicle was still available, he took it upon himself to send me p assisted me through this purchasing process. Michael G also provided me with consistent updates on the status of the vehicle prior to arriving at Poway. Upon my arrival, I did not see the vehicle at the dealership and I proceeded to calling Michael G, because I thought the vehicle had sold. He informed me that he was getting the vehicle detailed prior to my arrival because I had told him I was on the way. I test drove the vehicle with Michael G and asked him why did he provide me with such exceptional customer service even though I was coming from far away. For all he knew I was simply wasting his time. He said that he goes above and beyond for everyone and treats everyone with respect because "You never know who is going to call/show up to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. It could be anyone."
