I've seen great work done down south and this was far from the "quality work" you'd expect from this big company, the second time we brought her car in for a service bulletin on the back up camera when we went to pick up the car they told us our camera was burnt and we'd need to pay for a new one $1275 when it was working before I told the service manager isn't it safe to say you guys burnt it when you were wrapping electrical tape around the wires and shorted it? they are liars here and don't get me started on the dishonesty they show when buying a car with them please do not buy a car here save yourself the frustration of being scammed if they could take your elderly grandma's last dollar they will here at Aaron Ford of Poway More

Worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to purchase a truck that I ordered in January 2023. Finally came in June 2023. Went to buy it at MSRP because that was what was told to me. Me and the finance guy truck that I ordered in January 2023. Finally came in June 2023. Went to buy it at MSRP because that was what was told to me. Me and the finance guy both shook hands and said see you when it gets delivered. I would have never ordered it if they told me they will up charge me an extra $25K. I was advised that they had to sell my order to me at $25K over because Ford told them to die to market conditions. When I refused to pay it and about to leave the dealership they went down to $15K. I said no thanks. I said how about you honor the original agreement. Pretty disappointed. The website says Exceptional Customer Service. More
