I have been trying for 2 days to schedule an appointment for my vehicle left 2 messages and no return calls. This has been a problem I’ve had every 6 months I try to get service appointments. On the internet it won’t let me schedule an appointment due to mileage not enough for oil change but 6 months are past. I’ll just go to Temecula for service from now on. Looking to buy a mustang soon but won’t be at Elsinore. See ya More
Stay far away from this dealership. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership, seeing as it is the closest ford dealer to my home and I have been a loyal ford customer I I have had nothing but bad experiences at this dealership, seeing as it is the closest ford dealer to my home and I have been a loyal ford customer I bring it here for service. My F450 Platinum pickup truck has left me stranded in 110 degree weather in the AZ heat had to get towed back. I've had truck in for a number of transmission and electrical issues. The front tires have cupped to the point that the dealer had to replace them now at 18k miles the tires have cupped again and now they are telling me go to another dealership. I get a phone call that the rear brakes are warped and brake pads are bad... they want $1200 because it's not covered under warranty. Rear brake pads and rotors are supposed to last 80-100k miles. Service director hung up the phone on me and they simply don't care nor want to fix the issues. John the service director told me to take it to another dealership, then when I asked for all my service records to forward to my attorney in his word "I do this all day I can send them to you, but I'll wait for your attorney to request them" I answered with xxx!!! He then hung up the phone! Filing complaints with ford, and will be writing into the owner and GM over this! More
Extremely unhappy with the professionalism at this dealership. Pay attention to how they pigeon hole you into spending money at their dealership. I picked up my car from service and ended up being forced to pay for services i never agreed to after my vehicle sat at their shop for parts not available for 3 months.! DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. The worst service center I have ever been too. They failed to fix a problem when I had my truck in for maintenance. No one even talked to be about the service that they did do. When I scheduled an appointment to have the problem fixed, they had my truck all day and can couldn't fix it since the part they had was broken. This is the second time I have tried their service center and been very disappointed. More
Kim Hawkins: was my service adviser, she gave me a quote for my oil pan, vacuum pump booster, breaks, for the sum of $2,700.00, i said it was to high so we eliminated a few items and she came back with the for my oil pan, vacuum pump booster, breaks, for the sum of $2,700.00, i said it was to high so we eliminated a few items and she came back with the same price ($2700.00), Something is wrong i said to myself, So i called Temecula Ford for the gasket price, they told me it was $29.00, her quote for parts was $450.00, big difference, so i went to Auto nation in Tustin Ford, and seen Bob in service, his mechanic said the problem is my vacuum booster, water pump, serpentine belts and air filters (in which Lake Elsinore ford should have caught) Just a heads up i had just had my oil changed there 2 weeks prior so they should have informed me of all these things at that point, i even asked Kim to Have everything checked out at that point, she said she would, (NOT) anyways my new boy BOB will be my service advisor from now on. Kim Hawkins is a true asset and professional Service Advisor at Elsinore Ford! Mrs. Hawkins listened to my concerns with my daughter’s car and keep me informed and updated with phone calls regarding th Advisor at Elsinore Ford! Mrs. Hawkins listened to my concerns with my daughter’s car and keep me informed and updated with phone calls regarding the repairs each step of the way. This was the polar opposite of the experience I encountered with another Ford dealership in the Temecula Valley. In addition, Kim was empathetic and showed true compassion when I explained the mishaps I encountered with the other local Ford dealership’s service department. The service I received from Mrs. Hawkins is more than a positive reflection on Elsinore Ford’s dealership, it is a positive reflection the Ford Motor Company. Thank you again. Very Poor Customer Service I went into this Ford Facility for my usual Service on Saturday. I usually get my oil changes done for $59.99. I was surprised when my bill came up to $75 so i asked one of the Reps by the name of Robert Hernandez why it was higher and he told me it was because prices always go up every year. I found it a bit odd, and when looking at my receipt, it said that they also included tire rotation. I decided to look at my old receipt and noticed that it was i did pay 59.99 regularly and they charged me extra for the tyre rotation. I called back and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Scott, and asked him what the regular charge for an oil change was and he confirmed it was indeed $59.99 and that what i was charged included tyre rotation. I asked him why i got charged that and he said he didn't know. I asked him to connect me to a manager to explain this to me. He asked me to hold, which i did and was surprised to hear the voice of Robert Hernandez. I asked him if he was the manager and he said he was not. I asked for a manager, and he blew me off saying he could answer any questions. At this point, he'd only introduced himself as Robert. I asked him for his 2nd name and he said he didn't have any. I asked him why i was charge higher and he said that they uses a special oil this time and that Scott was confused and didn't know what he was saying. At this point i asked for a manager again, and he rudely said that he doesn't have a manager. I asked him for his last name he said Hernandez, i asked why he never told me that the first time and he laughed saying he thought i was asking for a 2nd name and was looking for an alias or something. I thanked him for the name and called back the receptionist to ask for the service manager. I was given the name Alex Moore and asked to call back on Monday when he was in. I called on Monday and left a message. He called me back at about 10:30. You could tell he'd clearly had conversations with his staff, and continued with the story that i had been given a special oil and that was the reason for the extra charge. I explained to him the runaround his staff had given me and his responses were far from stellar. I'm extremely disappointed with the service i received at this location and needless to say will never be returning here. The staff is very rude and do not know how to handle escalations and need adequate training to provide better services. More
