You Can't Do A Wheel Alignment on my 2015 Escape? According to the service writer, the owner doesn't want to spend 20 thousand dollars on a wheel alignment machine that fits wheels bigger than 18", bu According to the service writer, the owner doesn't want to spend 20 thousand dollars on a wheel alignment machine that fits wheels bigger than 18", but we sell many vehicles that have wheels bigger than 18". My Escape is the Platinum model which has 19" wheels. So you sell vehicles that you can not service? I called Gosch Ford Temecula, Hemborg Ford Norco and Gosch Auto Group in Hemet and they all have wheel alignment machines that do up to 24" wheels. I tried to save some time by going closer to LE Ford, but not any more. It just doesn't make sense to me. This is probably why this dealer is failing miserably compared to the other dealers! More

Professional and friendly srvice rep but didn't get the job Brought my 2016 Ford Explorer in for problems with the hatchback door and transmission. Both had been in before for repair and parts replacement. They didn't charge me but were unable to reproduce the problem so nothing was done. On previous occasion for same problems they had vehicle for 16 days but presumably had them fixed. This is the third major problem I've had with this vehicle but is the first time I've had any problems with Lake Elsinore. The vehicle was purchased new from Fritz Ford in Riverside Ca. More

Guy tells me "not ford rims" gives me an address for discount tire center in wildomar. I drive down there & that guy tells me "it says ford right on the rim" go back to ford & he says "I can't figure out where you got the ones you have, but for four center lug nut covers only it will cost $280.00" without the whole wheel cover part even. xxx. Really? Do any of these guys guys who work at Lake Elsinore Ford even know what a car is??? I am sooooo FRUSTRATED 😡 More

Very Poor Management Coming home to my family in my truck that is 18 months old W/ 40K miles and I experienced COMPLETE BRAKE FAILURE. The Master cylinder went out along w Coming home to my family in my truck that is 18 months old W/ 40K miles and I experienced COMPLETE BRAKE FAILURE. The Master cylinder went out along with the Booster cylinder. This is a proven on-going issue with the F-150 (i know now). When I called the dealership all they can tell me is that the truck is out of warranty and that I can call Ford to see what they will do. Management told me that "these things happen"... Let me tell you, Brake Failure going down the freeway because of faulty parts should NEVER happen. I spoke with the GM about getting the same deal I had on a new truck so I would feel safe and he told me that all he could do is raise my payments by $200 a month. The Owner would only argue with me (ABOUT EVERYTHING) and tell me how he does not make enough money to be able to make this right.... Whatever! Then it gets real good. I had them fix my truck anyways. When it was done I received a $600 bill, a new dent in my fender, a broken headlight, a Traction control Warning light going off and a Hill Decent Warning light going off. They needed another two weeks to fix the truck and another week to actually cut a check to refund my $600. (This was the only thing they ever worked with me on) I have bought two vehicles from them in the last few years and had planned on buying more as I have 4 kids who will all be driving soon. Let me tell you this.... I CAN NOT WAIT TO TRADE THIS TRUCK OFF FOR A SAFE VEHICLE! However I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. As you can read in the reviews they are not managed very well at all. Evidence by a sub standard three star rating and the words posted here by many unhappy customers More

Everything was going well until the long wait for the F&I office and then the even longer wait to get my car. It was also the first time in my life a dealer sent us home in a car we purchased from them and didn't even bother to fill the gas tank up. Gave us less than a 1/4 of a tank. That is pretty sad in my mind. Definitely doesn't make me want to come back, despite Ed being so awesome More
Worst car buying experience, ran credit report I went to Lake Elsinore Ford to check out the Ford Edge. I told the salesman Eric Locricchio I had recently lost my husband & was still very emotiona I went to Lake Elsinore Ford to check out the Ford Edge. I told the salesman Eric Locricchio I had recently lost my husband & was still very emotional. I did not need the bigger vehicle I owned & was looking for something smaller. I told him not to run my credit as I was approved for a loan by my credit union. He assured me my credit would not be run & told his manager Eric Lambert 2 times not to do so. Within minutes Eric Lambert showed up & began negotiating the deal offering me a low-ball trade value for my car. I said no to his deal when a 3rd man appeared. Feeling outnumbered by 3 men ganging up on me I asked for my registration & keys & the 3rd man kept trying to make a deal which I did not like. I left the dealership & when I arrived home was notified by LifeLock they had run my credit. I did not give permission & did not receive a copy of my credit report. Worse car buying experience. I think they invaded my privacy running credit without my consent. I would never send anyone to this dealership. More
