My first time bringing my Expedition for service. I’m impressed by the service department from Cameron who initiated my work order to Shannon who closed me out. I took my RV motorhome into Ford so they could fix the ENGINE because the ENGINE part of my motorhome is a FORD E550. The reason I took it to FORD, was the Check Engine Light was on. After almost $4,000 t ENGINE because the ENGINE part of my motorhome is a FORD E550. The reason I took it to FORD, was the Check Engine Light was on. After almost $4,000 they did not fix my problem, and (from what I understand) FORD technician blew a circuit on the instrument cluster so that now the engine battery is not being charged by the alternator (FORD had just replaced the alternator). First, FORD lied to me and tried to tell me that the instrument cluster wiring was modified by the RV builder, but the RV builder (Forest River), told me they do NOT touch the ENGINE instrument cluster wiring when they are building the "home" part around the motorhome. Then FORD changed their story and told me they can't fix the problem because the wiring diagram they have for the instrument cluster does not match the wiring they see in my motorhome's instrument cluster. I asked them to contact FORD headquarters to GET the proper diagram, and they said they have the only diagram (of the instrument cluster wiring) of the engine that is installed in the motorhome. I want them to fix the problem they created. My engine battery was being charged by the alternator when I brought it into FORD almost 6 weeks ago now. More

I took my car there for recall service with an appointment & they didn’t have the part. Disappointed that service didn’t call to tell me the part wasn’t there.
