The service department needs to work on their promptness. Josh Hay was an excellent communicator. He called me every other day to give me an update on my car. The dealership also washed my car as a courtesy. Shannon did a great job.She told me to return in an hour and 1/2. To pick up my car when when 2:00 apt. For oil change would be complete.returned to find my car hadn’t even been started yet. Shannon informed me my car had just gone to the wash bay, and would be done in about 5 minutes.She then went home. It took almost another hour for my car to get out of the wash bay, due to,I believe, another service writer “bumping “ my car out of line, and placing his customers car in front of mine. I looked after waiting 45 minutes, at the wash bay, and my vehicle (2018 C Max) was just beginning to be washed. I see no point in making an appointment for what should be a 30 minute process, , for what took 4 hours. I won’t be back.... Ken Redding More
