At this point there is nothing left to do. I had a maintenance agreement and they cancelled it for some reason. After battling for a few hours and having to hear Danny Meraz tell me that even though I had a signed agreement it was no good. They finally did the service after talking with the owner. I wasted a whole day and time off work to have to deal with this. Then when I picked up the car Mr. Meraz had the nerve to come out and ask me to remove the bad review. He said they helped me out by going ahead and doing the work. So I shouldn’t have the bad review. He was acting like he did me a favor He didn’t help me out at all. It’s not helping someone out when all you did was the service that was under the agreement. When I explained that to him he said the contract was under the “old regime”??. Last I checked it is still Gosch Ford. It’s pretty bad in today’s world to receive that type of customer service. The only person that was helpful was Van Cruz. If you want further explanation I will be happy to call you. But at this point I’m done.
