Mike Tinsley, Service Manager..I've called you twice w/o a return call. You have my contact info. going way back. A call and salient explanation as to Ford's/Gosch's bait & switch would be a start. Not how you treat good customers w/o consequence. An email/text with your direct number and availability will be the start. By the way, we have a serious vibration in the dash board area after the engine replacement.
