Seems like for a new customer, you'll have to get ready for little to no contact from the service dept. I hadn't experienced this with the multiple Ford dealerships I've dealt with between two states. I w for little to no contact from the service dept. Making a decision only from the video vs being able to ask a question from the video is something I'm not a fan of. That's it for now. More
