Keep Sara De La Rosa at all costs! She is efficient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. My car was “fit in” between appointments and it was still done the next day. Seems like for a new customer, you'll have to get ready for little to no contact from the service dept. I hadn't experienced this with the multiple Ford dealerships I've dealt with between two states. I w for little to no contact from the service dept. Making a decision only from the video vs being able to ask a question from the video is something I'm not a fan of. That's it for now. More
