Good Afternoon Mark, We are truly sorry to hear you are disatified with your latest service. We do appologise that Ford has put the update on hold. We are monitoring to see when the update can be released, however this is the message that Ford has publised in regards to bluecruise updates on Jan 4th, 2023. We understand that it can be frustrating and we hope that this updated that is need to correct your concern will be released soon. Jan 4 2023 Field Service Action 21G01, BlueCruise Installation HOLD Alert - Field Service Action 21G01 to install the BlueCruise feature should not be performed on 2021 Mustang Mach-E or F-150 vehicles at this time. Hey Dave thanks for reaching back, I would love to explain this further for you if you have time to talk(please call me at 760-208-6690). BlueCruise Expiration Date Certain F-150 and Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit a concern where the BlueCruise maps are shown as expired in the Sync touchscreen after completing Field Service Action (FSA) 22P08. • New requirements include 10 key cycles + an active FordPass account with VIN activated. • Unsold vehicles will not have FordPass account, expiration cannot be verified • Certain vehicles meet all new requirements, but maps still do not update. Engineering is investigating this concern. Monitor PTS for updates. Yours is not updating when we attepted the repair. We wish to get your vehicle corrected as soon as possible but we are on hold until further notice from Ford. We are sorry that this is the case but are trying our best to get this resolved for you.
