This is the second time I filed out the questionnaire. I was very unhappy with the service this time. I took the car in for routine oil change at ten a.m. and said I would be back at four to pick it up. A I was very unhappy with the service this time. It was finally ready to go at about 7!!! And to add insult to injury, the promised car wash was not done. More

The dealership seems well run. I brought my car in for scheduled routine maintenance with oil change on March 7, 2023. . Neither of these services were done between 10;00 am and 4:00pm. A mandated recall repair was done and I appreciate that but the work I brought my car in for was not done. Many apologies were expressed and a rescheduled service appt is now scheduled for Friday, March 10. The “change oil” light was on on the dash and I am surprised the maintenance work was not done.
