Hope you’re not in a hurry. Spent way too much unnecessary time. Multiple trips to pick up a “finished “ vehicle only for it to not be done/fixed. Buying a car was easy . I bought a 2022 new explore. Because my previous car was giving me issues. And keeps breaking down on me . ,And it wasn’t reliable .so I went above I bought a 2022 new explore. Because my previous car was giving me issues. And keeps breaking down on me . ,And it wasn’t reliable .so I went above My price range to ensure that I wouldn’t have the same problem or it wouldn’t break down on me with my kids. I work, I drop off and pick up kids from school every day .I take my kids to all their appointments.( dr , dentist , orthodontist , therapy ) when I went to wash and dust my new car for the first time I found an indentation on the back Of the screen on both sides. I was told they would order a new part and get it fixed . After multiple visits Every department there took pictures of the problem. The part got ordered. Supposedly about four times we bought the car in September didn’t get it fixed till January many visits and many pictures later . we took in the car for a recall. To add the heating and air in the back of the center console . While they did that, they scratched it. Didn’t tell us anything we noticed on your own . I took it in again so they can replace the part. They said it would take four hours to change the new part . When we drive past 45 miles per hour . It seems like if the transmission shifts there’s a pull . We took it in To get it looked at they kept her for four days. They always tell us that they’ll call us back and let us know what’s going on but we always are the ones to call to ask of any findings.. we don’t get a rental. So we have to borrow a car until we get ours back . We took it in again because they said they did something to fix the problem reboot or something we took in the car again because it was still doing the same thing . This time they keeled it for 9 days . Same story no calling to let us know what’s going on. They can’t find anything. The car is almost empty on gas when we get it back . the 3 times we take it in they say we get a complementary wash never looks like the car gets washed on on all three occasions.. again they don’t see anything wrong with it . It’s been the busiest couple of months going in and out to get this fixed . I’m exhausted I was just explaining all this and trying to make sure I don’t forget nothing. I’ve had to rearrange my schedule to get it in the dealership every time they asked me to and to have a spare car for all the days that they kept it. It seems that there’s a lack of communication from the people looking at it . To the service department, to the manager. There’s no following through. And here I thought because I was getting a brand new car. I was going to have no issues and be able to focus on my work my kids and getting them to and from every place they have to go to safely..
