Miguel Leyva and the service manager are two of the best service center representatives I’ve ever worked with from any brand of vehicle service centers I’ve ever been to. Dropped my car off the day before my appointment. Still didn't hear from my rep till 4:00, after I tried to contact him thru texting and calls just to get an update. Was then sent a video from the service tech with still no explanation on when my car would be ready, or what the next step would be. Had to reach out to my rep again as he didn't contact me and they were about to close. Found out they had to order a part that wouldn't arrive till next week. More

Since Josh Hay left in late 2021/early 2022, your service has been terrible. I had followed him to Gosch from the Poway Ford dealership and he was excellent. My 2018 Expedition's service engine light came o has been terrible. I had followed him to Gosch from the Poway Ford dealership and he was excellent. My 2018 Expedition's service engine light came on about 500 miles after its last oil change/multi point inspection. Luis told me the cam phasers needed replacing, estimated $4,000 plus. I authorized the work after doing a bit of research (I know little about cars and 70K miles seemed 'young' to need such major work. Luis told me it would be ready on Monday (4 or 5 days from when I authorized work). I heard nothing Monday so left a message in the late afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon I left another message to please call (I was told both times he was busy but would be given my message). Late morning Wednesday I called and when told Luis was busy, I expressed frustration about being told the car would be ready Monday, not hearing from Luis that it was delayed, him not responding to my two messages. The service manager apologized, checked on the status, told me tge work was done, but that they needed to drive it to be sure the problem was solved and I would hear back in a couple of hours. After that, Luis did call abd told me the same as the service manager had. FINALLY, 3 plus hours later, it was ready and Luis wanted to have me use a link to pay, although I had told him I would prefer giving my credit card to the cashier verbally. I will not be bringing any vehicle back to Gosch. Before Josh's coming my experience with Gosch had been taking my daughter in law's car to Temecula for service and Ubering up from Fallbrook for a planned after hours pick up only to have them unable to find the keys to her car! After quite a long while and much shrugging of shoulders, I demanded they pay my way home and back the next day, so they gave me a loaner. Really not impressive. More
