I got a text saying thank you for dropping off your car with contact information. then two different text saying, are you still dropping off your car. I called the contact in the first text and left a m with contact information. then two different text saying, are you still dropping off your car. I called again but used the number on the dealer website, I got a person, and they said the tech would call back. No one called me. Hours later a text with a video of the inspection. Still no call. then I called again and finally got someone. They told me the car was ready. I paid online. When I got there the system did show I paid. two minutes after I left I got another text recommending windshield wipers. I requested a quote as the text directed. Nobody or text on for the quote. I guess they an old change and inspection. I cannot comment on the quality of work, but the customer service and customer notifications were horrible. More
