After the clearing up of a miscommunication, my Service Consultant, Jerman Rodas, stepped up in a big way and took excellent care of me and my vehicle to complete the repair to my fuel door compartment. The Service Manager, Mike Tinsley, was completely professional in handling my needs and personally involved himself in getting the part that I needed for my repair. I received a text that Luis was my service agent, got there and was told it was Viktor. Viktor was already with a customer. 3 other advisors were open but they couldn't help me because I was assigned to there and was told it was Viktor. Viktor was already with a customer. 3 other advisors were open but they couldn't help me because I was assigned to Viktor. Very inefficient as I had to wait about 10-15 mins. I was getting an oil change in addition to service, asked of there were any deals on oil changed and was told I needed to check the website. When my car was ready, I asked if my requested complimentary car wash, and noted on paperwork, it wasn't done. I had to wait an additional 30 mins. When I did receive my car someone had passed gas in my car and the smell was so awful I gagged and had to roll all my windows down to air it out. Very immature, disgusting and unprofessional! The only thing I appreciated was the video status. I was very disappointed this time around. More

The TECHNICIAN VICTOR in the video made it fun and was clear on what was wrong with my car. I am a true believer in visual and the video was perfect. I Didn’t hesitate to approve service as well as GB services because I saw what they are talking about . Great job guys. More
Poor communication. I was sent a video of the wrong car. Then when I went to pick my car up they almost brought me the wrong car. I brought my car in for a recall. The r I was sent a video of the wrong car. Then when I went to pick my car up they almost brought me the wrong car. I brought my car in for a recall. The rep called and said “your car is ready for pick up.” He did not give me any details. I am not sure if I will return to this dealership for service in the future. Every experience so far has been terrible. More
I was there for 4. 5 hours for oil change(full service), air filter change and break fluid change. Day before I was @ Kia service for the same thing but no air filter ch 5 hours for oil change(full service), air filter change and break fluid change. Day before I was @ Kia service for the same thing but no air filter change or break fluid change and it took me 1hr 15min. Doesn’t not take 2.5 hours for air filter and break fluid change. More
