Poor Experience and my RV was damaged If I could give them zero stars I would. My RV was damaged while in their possession and they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know. I found out the right side mirror was broken when I was backing it into my driveway. Not only that, they didn't watch/listen to the video I took of a strange noise coming from my engine and I had to drive all the way back to the dealership from Carlsbad so I could play it for them after I was told they did listen to it. They couldn't fix and/or diagnose the noise either. I made an appointment to drive the RV with a technician and the technician was late. When I picked it up, I had to wait over 20 minutes. They are disorganized. More

They had my car for two weeks and gave it back to me without coming close to solving the problem. The day I got it back, I took it to Gosch Ford Escondido. The previous dealer had my car for 4 days without touching it. Gosch had an initial diagnosis the next day and a complete diagnosis the day after. My car was repaired - correctly - after a reasonable delay while waiting for parts. My service advisor, 'Hutch', kept me informed as to my car's progress. I'm happy. More

While at the counter, I asked if it would be possible for someone to look at a broken plastic guard under the front of my car to see if it could be reattached. Without an appointment and with no hesitation, a service tech took it into the back service area and fixed the piece all without a charge! That is quality customer service! More

Need more guys like Hutch and Vince on your Service Team - It took me a while to figure out how to do a review but here I finally did it. There was an issue that could not be replicated but Hutch and Vince kept working with me on it and it turned out my car needed a throttle body. They were able to set me up with a rental while the repair was done. These guys really are amazing and empathetic. Really above and beyond compared to the previous service people that Ford had in this same facility. I really do appreciate it. Like I mentioned before the previous Ford service personnel and service was hoooooorible to say the least. Just horrid. The reps were miserable, robots who it appeared to the observers looking in enjoyed taking their time as if to keep the customer in suspense. You did not know where to check in or who was next. Just a lot of disarray. Your best bet was to just show up and camp out. Then if an issue like mine came up like mine did...they would just send you off because it could not be replicated. No one would bother to listen or to care. No one felt the need for empathy and be like wow if this were my sister, wife or mom I would hate them to go through this frustration alone and with no support. I am very thankful and grateful that Ford Goesch Escondido has revamped their service department and has added jewels like Robert "Hutch" Green and Vince the shop foreman. Their customer service is exceptional and our planet needs more people like Hutch and Vince. They are top notch! Ford is blessed to have you as part of their Team. Hope they continue to revamp and bring in more people like these two fine gentleman. In this day and age most people would not bother and give up easily. Hutch and Vince went the extra mile for one customer and they do not even know me. That says a lot about their work ethic and really reminds me of what a service department used to be like and can be as I have seen it be in the Goesch Ford Escondido Service Department. - Carmen V More

Service Department is AWFUL I am rating Ford of Escondido (1) star but would give 0 stars if they would allow. Service Department is absolutely terrible. I have never written a review (good/bad) before, but due to these circumstances I felt like I needed too. I purchased a new F-350 diesel truck on 1/30/18. There was a scratch on the mirror when I bought it, it was noted and I informed them that I would replace at its first service. I had an appointment and took my truck in for its 1st service (purchased Maintenance Plan,) the mirror replacement (under contract,) and a Tire Pressure Sensor error. To make a very long story short, service was AWFUL, I had to call in everyday to find out why my truck was not done, was given a different story every day. By Thursday I was fed up and I spoke to the Service Director, Shon Craft. I again, told them the several different stories that I was receiving, the last in which, they had to order a part that would not be available until the following Tuesday. He was very rude, not helpful at all, mentioned that there was a part in Costa Mesa, but they had already ordered the part so too bad. I told him I would pick it up and he refused. This man should not be in any position to be a manager, as he did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. After a very frustrating call, I asked him to call me with an update tomorrow, he had the nerve to tell me “no” he would call me when the part arrived. I reported the dealership to Ford Motor Company and filed a case. The representative could not believe what the dealership had put me through. She said that the case was filed and that a manager would contact me, to date, no one has called. I picked my truck up today to find the mirror was not replaced and notes said “No blemishes Found noted, Blem Walk Around” by Anthony Moccia. I also contacted the general manager, Josh Irvine, and nicely left him a message regarding some of the Service Departments issues and never received a call back. I could go on and on with additional situations that the Service Department has put me through, but I won’t. I am ONLY writing this for the people (the everyday consumer,) save yourself the nightmare and go ANYWHERE else. A formal complaint will be filed with BBB as well. More
