poor service and poor pricing. i have been taking my F150 to the ford dealership in Escondido for several years now. within the last year or so gosch ford bought the dealership and i have been taking my F150 to the ford dealership in Escondido for several years now. within the last year or so gosch ford bought the dealership and since then the service has gone to garbage and also the pricing has increased tremendously. they cannot seem to figure out what pricing to charge as every single time the pricing has changed, they make excuses to why the pricing has changed (that are BS.) Gosch ford in Escondido and all Gosch ford locations have lost my business for good this time, I gave them one last chance last week and i have such a bad taste in my mouth i will never go back. its a bummer since they are so convenient for me, but i will drive all the way to Poway or Carlsbad from my service moving forward. More
Service above and Beyond Was towing my travel trailer to Woods Valley to camp when check engine light came on. Had loss of power and limped into campground. That evening went to Gosch Ford and talked with Hutch Green. He read the code and told me to be back next morning as it was so late, did not have mechanic available. Next morning, quarter to seven, he jumped on it. Quick diagnosis and reset got me to where I could drive home. Hutch needs to be recognized for his personal service, a great people person and goes out of his way to make customers happy. Thanks Hutch, you help save my weekend vacation More
TERRIBLE SERVICE Brought our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport in for routine oil change w/ "The Works 5 Point Inspection" (tire rotation, belts & hoses inspected, and all flui Brought our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport in for routine oil change w/ "The Works 5 Point Inspection" (tire rotation, belts & hoses inspected, and all fluid levels topped off). Noticed the following day by checking my tire pressure (cold...should be 35psi) that not ONE of the tires were set to the correct psi. They were anywhere from 31 to 34 psi (proving that check & proper inflating was never performed...who knows if they even rotated the tires. (Guess I should've marked each tire prior to dropping off). Upon popping the hood open, saw that; 1.-Coolant was well below LOW (not filled) 2.-Windshield washer fluid cap was not replaced 3.-Transmission fluid was never checked 4.- Rubber cap for positive battery terminal was off & resting aside terminal. In a nutshell...terrible service. More

Too many issues I own four ford vehicles, (2) purchased from Gosch, the other (2) purchased at this location in past before gosch. I unfortunately wont be returnin I own four ford vehicles, (2) purchased from Gosch, the other (2) purchased at this location in past before gosch. I unfortunately wont be returning to service my vehicles at this location. Since transferring to Gosch I have not had a single smooth service appointment. I believe this consists of (6) appointments, every single appointment has been with a different adviser, and every appointment has required me to return to complete a missed or incorrect item. The latest appointment was part of my service package on a f350, I asked for the truck to be washed and they return it to me unwashed, I point this out and they ask me to come back that they will do it immediately, I come back an hour later and still not done. So I take the truck only to get halfway home to find the DEF has not been filled (they fail to fill every time) so I have to go back the next day and they tell me its not included in the service package they sold me.... which it is. After this being clarified and they take the truck to "fill" the DEF, I drive the truck 600 miles and it is out of DEF again. Every single appointment is some version of this experience, I get a solicitation email or phone call at least once a week but am unable to service the vehicles I have purchased. Today I received a request to write this review, with the caveat "If you aren't completely satisfied with your service, please give us a call at (888) 610-9807 and tell us more about your experience." So I thought I would call and discuss rather than write a negative review, the number is disconnected ... hopefully they figure it out More
Inaccurate service department information and scheduling. First time trying out Gosch dealership after they took over the former Heller Ford which was terrible. I made an appointment to address a Ford F-150 First time trying out Gosch dealership after they took over the former Heller Ford which was terrible. I made an appointment to address a Ford F-150 recall and to have an oil change. I learned it was a multi dealer scheduler who gave me the wrong information about the service. She told me that I could drop off the truck the night before and that I had to stick around to be able to speak with the service agent. The service manager told me that this was incorrect info; we could have dropped it off. I had to spend 5 hours of my day until it was ready. A Lyft driver took me to a mall to kill some time because I lived too far away for them to take me home. The service included a free car wash but I guess the people didn’t feel like they had to hose out the truck bed which remained dirty. The Ford dealerships need to communicate or train their phone schedulers with the correct information to give to their customers. A central scheduling system does not work. At the dealership, they told me to call the service department or service manager directly to schedule any future appointment. I think there may not be a future appointment! More
Horrible customer service! So bad! I bought a new F-150 here with a 36,000 mile warranty. Now, my brakes are loud and visually damaged. They are stating they will not help me So bad! I handed them a copy of the warranty, and they still would not help. Brake pads are not covered, but other brake parts are! They were rude, refused to give me a loaner car, and even asked me to leave! Couldn't make that up! Wow, a complete nightmare! Terrible customer service!!!!! More
