Head Lamp wasn't working, I was told it would be under warranty ($3k value) I was charged $150.00 to plug a lamp in. Manager went home early so i couldnt discuss. Oil leaked from new filter onto my concrete driveway, tire rotation Service quality was very poor. Oil was still black after change and new filter. Instrument panel was not restored to my settings, passenger seat was all the way reclined, almost flat. One of my valve stem caps was missing. But the car was washed...I know because it was still wet. More

To start, the email confirmation est. was $78, the actual was over$300. 1) Got home and there was oil leaking in my driveway dripping from a new filter. 2) I checked the Oil, and it was as black, as before was over$300. 1) Got home and there was oil leaking in my driveway dripping from a new filter. 2) I checked the Oil, and it was as black, as before the supposed oil change. 3) the new Air filter has grease gobs on it when I opened the box to check. 4) the tires were not rotated properly, only the passenger side front to rear was done. 5) I am now missing a valve stem cap.
