Bought a new Transit van here. Drove it a week and it broke down. Gosch has had it 3 days. Apparently no clue as to what is wrong with it. This vehicle has 377 miles on it and has an issue already. I still have not been offered a loaner van or pickup. Not my first issue with a brand new Ford or this dealership. I’ve bought 3 new Fords in the last 2 years. All 3 had to be returned to the dealership within a month of ownership for defects. Ford seems to be on a serious downward spiral as far as their quality. I would no longer recommend this brand or dealership to anyone. More

Car had 20,400 miles when it needed the block replaced. Barely had it back 3 weeks when we had to have it towed in. It sat at the service center 2 1/2 days before we knew what was wrong with it, and we had Barely had it back 3 weeks when we had to have it towed in. Once we got the service manger involved it was fixed within a few hours. More

They attempted to service my truck and asked where the issue was. I did my best to explain but they were unable to recreate the issue. when I went was asked to come back, i waited as they tried to find issue was. I did my best to explain but they were unable to recreate the issue. when I went was asked to come back, i waited as they tried to find my paperwork. they didnt charge me which was nice However when I made the appointment over the phone i could have serviced on the weekend but since there was another issue with my exhaust i was told monday. They sent their exhaust guy to Michigan that morning... there were many inconsistency but they tried to their best. the biggest inconvience was waiting for the lyft (not Fords fault) but losing my paperwork was interesting.... Appointment and mobile service to the home did not work well. Jack provided not large enough for Raptor to raise and rotate tires.
