Well, I bought a brand new Ford escape hybrid and had to take it back in a few weeks later because everyone said my Bluetooth sounded like I was underwater or a robot. I originally scheduled a Saturday and take it back in a few weeks later because everyone said my Bluetooth sounded like I was underwater or a robot. I originally scheduled a Saturday and showed up at 7am but come to find out they don't have "electronics" people on the weekend, so had to reschedule for that Monday. They got me in right away but I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car as I still had to work. I have a full warrenty but I guess that a rental is not included although every other lease I have had with other companies was? Anyways, they did a "master reset" and so far it's working ok. I wasn't happy that I had to pay out of pocket for a rental, that I had to come back multiple times because the right technician wasn't working and they offered to clean and wash the car but didn't. For me it's the little things that matter but that expectation wasn't met. If you offer to clean the car, then clean the car. If you have no electronics techs on the weekend, don't schedule me than and it's only $35 for a rental car, so why not include it when I literally just bought the car? Yeah, not too happy but I wasn't the only one. Almost all the people picking up their cars/trucks were unhappy with the service center. One had similar issues as me and said they had their brand new Bronco in service for over 3 weeks. One guy had them clean his truck which had a black matte finish and it came back all scratched from a buffer or something? The paint job was absolutely ruined. More
