I brought my car in for service on Monday 6-14-21. The inspection came back showing my brakes were in the "green". I know this can't be true because I hear a noise when I brake. I did not say anything because I wanted to see what the service dept would find, since I have had a number of problems with the service dept. In August 2020, I had a service done and the service dept told me my brake lining was in the "red". I questioned their finding and took it to a trusted mechanic who told me I had another 10,000 miles on my brakes. I have not had any work done on them yet, so I find it strange that your service dept said my brakes were in the red and now their suddenly in the green. More

Nothing was really explained correctly and I didn’t feel welcomed. I don’t want to mention her name but I had left her 4 messages and it took about 3 weeks to be able to speak to her after calling multiple welcomed. Finally took the car and when I got it back she wasn’t there. I was handed the paper work with zero explanation of what they did or how the service went. I still have no clue. The car wasn’t even washed after being there for a week. Really!? Just not cool. Will not buy a car or deal with you guys ever again. (I was even told “we don’t know if your car is under warranty” after being told and knowing I have the extended warranty. xxx!? More

Made an appointment for Wiper blades. I dropped off the 2019 Escape for routine service for a 1:30 appointment. We were greeted by the drop off attendant and escorted into the service office. It took 5 mins to complete that process.
