The evaluation I was given at the dealership for repairing the A/C system in the cab of my e450 Ford cutaway van microbus R/V. was completely false. I was told Gosch could not repair it because the repairing the A/C system in the cab of my e450 Ford cutaway van microbus R/V. was completely false. I was told Gosch could not repair it because the forward A/C system was connected to a Carrier A/C system in the rear of the vehicle, and that I had to have the Carrier system repaired first before Gosch could do anything with the Ford system in the cab. I am not a mechanic, but when I got home I was able to determine in a few minutes that the two systems or completely separate. So I then took my vehicle to the mechanic I usually use, who had been too busy to fix it as quickly as I wanted, and and waited a month for his schedule too open up. He was able to do all the repairs in two days. He has said unequivocally that the two AC systems are entirely separate, and there was no issue related to fixing the one in the cab. I have always liked Ford Motor vehicles. But I expect far better from one of its dealerships. I am going to request a refund of the $184.95 I was charged for this evaluation. It wasted both my time and my money. More

Overnight drop off for the Works service. Filled out night drop form and signed. Service rep calls 11am and asks what is the car there for and do I have an appointment.
