My experience this time was positive, Shannon Medina, made sure to keep me posted about issues with my car and delays. I came in at 11 o’clock for my appointment. I was then given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance then… I was offered a Lyft ride home to return in two or three hours when the car was finished. I was never contacted throughout the day about the additional time that would be needed! I called three different times with no reply and finally got my car at 6 o’clock at night which is a little extreme and ridiculous for any dealership to take 7 hrs on anyones car for maintenance not repair! I want your Corporate phone number or your owners address! This experience was totally unacceptable! I was given $100.00 as a compensation for my inconvenience. What a joke and an embarrassment to your company for such treatment! I spent $749.00! That’s not a joke in my world and neither is decent and businesslike treatment! More

Staff is friendly. Wait time to get vehicle back is ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter what you go in for it’s always a minimum 2 hour wait. They want you to text them with questions but they don’t resp ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter what you go in for it’s always a minimum 2 hour wait. Took 45 min longer than they said it would, they told me my car was ready so I paid and than stood out front for like 10 min after the guy told me he was going to get my car. I finally went inside and than they said it was being washed so I waited another 10 min. I understand that it’s a free car wash but it wasn’t even completely clean or dried. I received a new sticker for my oil change which had a date a year from my oil change date and also had everything marked good even after they told me that there was some weird issue with one of my brake pads. Hmmm, makes me wonder how much attention to detail that they actually gave to my car. Super disappointed. I’ve typically had good experiences at this dealership More
