For a this to happen, they made it easy to schedule, greeted me when I arrived at the dealership, had a ride ready, fixed the vehicle as advertised and when unexpected iss they made it easy to schedule, greeted me when I arrived at the dealership, had a ride ready, fixed the vehicle as advertised and when unexpected issues were found, they explained it well, priced the repairs fairly and took care of it quickly. The worst service I have ever experienced. The service we brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was brought the car in for wasn’t even done. We had to bring it in several weeks later and pay for a rental car….again. And I don’t think the service was done this time either as we did not receive any report at time of pick up. The receipt said it was done, but it also said there was a complimentary car wash and that wasn’t done either. They charged us for something when we had a warranty that we paid for at the time of purchase. They are not to be trusted. More
