Service on vehicle was fine. Dropped vehicle for a 10:30 AM appt. They were not able to start service till next day. No courtesy call informing me. Almost doubled since last service. I can buy the same Motorcraft oil at Walmart for half the price More
Something that should have taken 3 days at most took 5 days. As Hutch said in a text my car got “lost” This happened more than once. The service person,Cameron helped me when I brought it in. I tried to contact him the next day by text and a call. Found out later he was out sick. I called or texted on the third day. I guess Hutch took over. It still took 2 more days when my car got “lost.” In the meantime I was renting a car. Hutch said he gave me discounts to make up for the cost of 5 days of renting a car. More

It took 4 separate appointments to finally get the recall done on my vehicle. The first three appointments instead of the service center letting me know they didn’t have the part or couldn’t get to my car th done on my vehicle. The first three appointments instead of the service center letting me know they didn’t have the part or couldn’t get to my car that day due to a lack of technicians they allowed the car to sit there all day. Better communication should have been happening on their part. The moment the service center found out they couldn’t get to my car on the three previous appointments they should have called to let me know instead of having to call myself at 4pm each appointment to find out they hadn’t done anything to my car. I took days off of work and lost income due to their lack of professionalism and communication. More
