I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely h the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager! More
Absolutely by far the worst customer service I have had from a business, ever. I got my truck serviced here in March of this year. I paid for the service in full, and then realized when I got home that our from a business, ever. I got my truck serviced here in March of this year. I paid for the service in full, and then realized when I got home that our original bumper to bumper warranty was still active, and should cover the work that was done. Why did I have to figure that out??? Anyway, I called in immediately, talked to my service advisor and asked if the service should be covered, and it turned out that it should! Wow. Good thing I checked. I was told that was not a problem and that they would just need Ford to authorize a refund and it would be taken care of. I was promised a check that week. Well, that was 89 days ago. Its taken me until today to ACTUALLY get the check that was promised. What transpired between then and now was nothing short of the THE WORST customer service experience ever. I called every week during this whole ordeal, and MOST of my phone calls went unanswered with NO return call ever received. Whenever I was miraculously able to get someone to talk to me I got the run around over and over and over again. Through constantly badgering them and following up I was eventually able to get my money back but it took 89 days to get it, and I heard nothing but lame excuses and empty promises in between. A word of advice - if you are looking for a trustworthy Ford dealership to take your car for service, or even buy a new Ford, do yourself a BIG favor and go to a different dealership. More
I can’t thank enough Michael Clark (Service Advisor) for going above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure all services on my 2021 F250 6.7 PowerStroke Tremor were done. I ask if they drain the fuel wat going above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure all services on my 2021 F250 6.7 PowerStroke Tremor were done. I ask if they drain the fuel water separator since I’m recovering from an ALC surgery and can’t go under the truck. He left his counter, headed straight to the bay, and personally drain the fuel water separator since the service tech didn’t want to do it. Thank you, Michael. More

After 4 days i had to call to find out the status, they returned my truck claiming they had to order parts for 1 of the 3 problems i brought it in for. They didn’t even bother to address 2 of my 3 warranty items. It has been almost 2 months and my truck is still not repaired and is still unsafe to drive above 70. Do i go to another dealer and start this process over? Who has time for that? Do i call them and beg for them to uphold their end of the contract by agreeing to fix my truck under warranty like i paid for? This is most likely my last Ford, im not going through this again. More
Mike never was there all the times I called I stopped in he was ent there 4 days later German new I was getting upset he took over and had my van dune at ge end of the day. The side sliding door still isent vlosing properly and the back up camera is still a solid blue screen half the time I have to turn the van off then on and it works those two things are vary annoying not sure what happens there I had some recalls that I assume we’re done and the charging cord was replaced but you gave me the old 240 volt cord cap and you kept the o new one that came in the new bag More
Service advisor was difficult to reach and was extremely slow returning calls. My service invoice stated $130.69 online but I was charged $249.36 at pick up. Took 100 days to try to find the problem with the truck. Rather than actually fix it, they had the engineer alter his report to state he drove at the document speeds and it was normal.
