Took in my truck for recalls and for other issues. It’s been over a month and still haven’t heard back regarding the parts needed. I was told by the service agent that he would get back to me within a week!! I called a few days ago and spoke with the receptionist to see what was taking so long. She mentioned she would email him to let him know to give me a call back asap….still haven’t heard back from the service agent. Poor customer service. More

As a long haul driver who goes all over the country I have dealt with many dealerships because my company leases an Enterprise truck. Gosch Ford has been the only dealership that has charged Enterprise f have dealt with many dealerships because my company leases an Enterprise truck. Gosch Ford has been the only dealership that has charged Enterprise for a "repair" without actually fixing the issue. Trying to get in touch with personnel at Gosch Ford was a headache in itself. It is well deserving of a 1 star rating based upon my experience. More
