Poor communication. I was sent a video of the wrong car. Then when I went to pick my car up they almost brought me the wrong car. I brought my car in for a recall. The r I was sent a video of the wrong car. Then when I went to pick my car up they almost brought me the wrong car. I brought my car in for a recall. The rep called and said “your car is ready for pick up.” He did not give me any details. I am not sure if I will return to this dealership for service in the future. I was there for 4. 5 hours for oil change(full service), air filter change and break fluid change. Day before I was @ Kia service for the same thing but no air filter ch 5 hours for oil change(full service), air filter change and break fluid change. I got a text saying thank you for dropping off your car with contact information. then two different text saying, are you still dropping off your car. I called the contact in the first text and left a m with contact information. then two different text saying, are you still dropping off your car. I called the contact in the first text and left a message. No one ever called me back. I called again but used the number on the dealer website, I got a person, and they said the tech would call back. No one called me. Hours later a text with a video of the inspection. Still no call. then I called again and finally got someone. They told me the car was ready. I paid online. When I got there the system did show I paid. two minutes after I left I got another text recommending windshield wipers. I requested a quote as the text directed. Nobody or text on for the quote. I guess they an old change and inspection. I cannot comment on the quality of work, but the customer service and customer notifications were horrible. More
I have been looking for a truck for a month. I have seen a couple and immediately was either shown a truck that was not as the photos or hit with “extras” and “fees” not told on the phone. Coach I have seen a couple and immediately was either shown a truck that was not as the photos or hit with “extras” and “fees” not told on the phone. Coach and the texting was seemless. Coach send me a personal video showing my beautiful tuck. It’s been my dream truck for years. Finance manager and manager were honest, friendly and professional. Finally integrity in a dealership. Car buying can be stressful for me, I will never go anywhere else now. Truck is beautiful. The dealership is super clean. Even though I stayed up late and drove two hours it was completely worth it !
