Friendly sales staff The sales people we worked with made our purchase effortless and got us in and out within 1.5 hours. We negotiated the price we wanted over the phone. The sales people we worked with made our purchase effortless and got us in and out within 1.5 hours. We negotiated the price we wanted over the phone. When we arrived the vehicle and paperwork was ready to go. The only downside was the finance person. We specifically declined GAP insurance and the finance guy Robert still charged us for it on our sales contract. When we got home and realized his mistake, we called and asked for him to help us cancel it. He refused and told us we need to deal with Ford and their GAP insurance department. Very shady. More
