Convenient I received a coupon for an oil change on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the next day. Jason was able to check on a recall I had a question on and found another outstanding recall. He arranged to install the recalled parts they had that day. He also ordered the other needed parts. To top it off, my car was washed when I picked it up. It was very convenient and everyone was friendly. More
All around Poor and horrible Service in ALL Areas Service - I got an oil change and was waiting on one of the outside benches with my 2 year old. When it was completed one of the employees brought it Service - I got an oil change and was waiting on one of the outside benches with my 2 year old. When it was completed one of the employees brought it out and handed me the keys (didn't check any paperwork to verify it was my car). I loaded my child into his carseat and waited around for the service tech to come around.....no one showed up so I left. 15 minutes later I get a voicemail from Ford letting me know my car is ready and I can come pick it up anytime. I return later in the afternoon to pay for the oil change and they never knew my car was gone. Good to know anyone can drive away with cars and they won't notice. Sales - In January with my now 3 year old I visited the dealership and talked to a Salesman (Bill(y) or Bob) about getting into a lease and he would not give me a straight answer. Couldn't answer if any of the cars on their lot had any specials and completely gave me the run around. Then, when I thought we were going outside to maybe look at a car or two, he just walked with me to customer parking and said "Well, I gotta run" and left. I dropped my car off to be serviced for something that couldn't get looked at until the next day so I didn't have a car to get into, I had to wait for my ride and it was chilly out that day. The next day went to Kia and the saleslady was AMAZING. Answered all my questions with straight answers and really knew her cars and what deals were available. Finance - Robert in Finance WILL NOT get back to you if you're owed money. I traded my car in and needed to cancel my Gap insurance and get a refund of the unused amount. No one in Finance seems to know the timeline of when to expect this, one person says 30 days, another says 4-6 weeks and a third person told me it could take 4-6 months. I physically handed Robert my completed cancellation form and payoff letter from my bank. I waited 5 weeks to call and get a status update and talked to Robert, he had to email someone in Houston and because by this time they had gone home already he said he would call me back. After almost two days of no phone call from Robert, I called him back. He said he just barely got an email response back from her and she was asking what my mileage was on it when I sold it.....all that information was on the completed cancellation form. So they either lost my paperwork or Robert never did his job and submitted it. As of right now, this is still not resolved. Good luck to you if you choose to deal with this place. More

Friendly sales staff The sales people we worked with made our purchase effortless and got us in and out within 1.5 hours. We negotiated the price we wanted over the phone. When we arrived the vehicle and paperwork was ready to go. The only downside was the finance person. We specifically declined GAP insurance and the finance guy Robert still charged us for it on our sales contract. When we got home and realized his mistake, we called and asked for him to help us cancel it. He refused and told us we need to deal with Ford and their GAP insurance department. Very shady. More
