Peter was hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Easy going, friendly, and his product knowledge was outstanding. Its pretty typical when you go to a car dealership unprepared. You'll get beat down for hours while they try to squeeze you, maximizing their profit. I don't blame them. I would too. Its not ever the sales person's fault. it's the managers. They do the negotiating, not the salesman. They made me come back to complete the deal...thank god....It gave me time to think about it and realize i would of paid over 2k dollars more than i needed too. More
Horrible customer service Was there 3 1/2 hours. Told every hour shuttle was coming. Not. Kept asking what's going on nothing till 11:30 and was told first. 650. Then Dave come Was there 3 1/2 hours. Started crying, paid 130 dollars and nothing was done!!! Heard another customer say it's gone down hill since New owner took over! More
Refuses to Cancel my Extended Warranty I purchased a new Ford truck from Ford of Escondido in March of 2017 and also purchased the extended warranty, mainly because of the high pressure fro I purchased a new Ford truck from Ford of Escondido in March of 2017 and also purchased the extended warranty, mainly because of the high pressure from the dealership to do so. The warranty is cancellable and refundable and in April of 2017 I went to the dealership to do just that. A form was completed and signed by the finance manager and me, but the warranty has not been cancelled. Have called both the finance manager and general manager several times, but always get voicemail and never have heard back from them. I have also tried to get in touch with the finance manager via email, but he has yet to respond. I paid $3,360 for the warranty and now the dealership will not refund the money, as the agreement allows for, nor will they even return my calls to try and resolve the issue. Oh, and I also still don't have a registration or license plates and it has been longer than the 60 days required by law. I have lodged complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the DMV and hope to find resolution soon. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle based on my horrible experience. More

Everyone that was involved helped do their part and made it easy and comfortable to walk out with a car I wanted! They weren't pushy just to "get a sale" but made it a non-stressful experience!
