First Visit Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was for 10:30a.m. but I arrived a little after 10:00a.m. They took Brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was for 10:30a.m. but I arrived a little after 10:00a.m. They took my car promptly to the service area and was told that it would be ready in about an hour. After an hour and a half, I was informed by the service advisor that the car was ready but she needed to do the "paperwork." once informed that the car was ready I was directed to wait outside where I waited nearly another 30 minutes. I think that a simple oil change and tire rotation should not require a 2 hr. wait. Also. there was oil or grease marks from the mechanics shoes in the interior portion of the door. More

Poor Quality of Work I brought in my truck which I purchased from Gosch Ford Hemet for a complimentary oil change. After receiving my vehicle after the service, I ran a f I brought in my truck which I purchased from Gosch Ford Hemet for a complimentary oil change. After receiving my vehicle after the service, I ran a few errands and then ultimately went home after about two hours. Upon my arrival, I noticed a large oil leak under the truck. I checked the oil plug nut and discovered it had never been tightened....it was completely loose and ready to come off. The undercarriage was covered in oil splatter. I tightened the oil plug nut myself and cleaned the undercarriage which took me quite a bit of time. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of work I received for such a simple service. This is completely unacceptable for a dealership who boasts quality service and maintenance. More
