I called William this morning from Hemet at 9am. I told him I was interested in the used 2018 Ford Edge. He quickly checked to make sure it was still available for me. It was! I arrived in Escondido by 10: him I was interested in the used 2018 Ford Edge. He quickly checked to make sure it was still available for me. It was! I arrived in Escondido by 10:30, and was test driving it by 10:40. William is so kind, thoughtful, patient, thorough and professional. He completed the necessary paperwork and by 11:30 I was approved for my new car!!! Thank You!!! More
