Danny Meraz & Denisse Canales were very patient and answered any questions I had straight up. As a result of a few issues which needed to be worked out, the purchase finalizing process took a bit longe answered any questions I had straight up. As a result of a few issues which needed to be worked out, the purchase finalizing process took a bit longer than I expected. However, these issues were discussed and resolved and we were able to close the deal on the final purchase price. Josh Jamison was very helpful throughout the process and Jessica Swenke explained all of the financing and disclosure information to me and was a pleasure to work with.
