Good morning Mrs. Maloney, I am surprised to hear this response from you after we last spoke. Like we discussed, your vehicle is still under factory warranty so there is no expense to you for the repair of the vehicle and or your rental vehicle. Unfortunately the rental car companies are very low on vehicles due to the covid restriction on the automotive industry so we are making every attempt to get a larger vehicle from them to suit your needs and our service manager states they have found one for you and will be reaching out today. After our conversation I made the offer to take you out of your current vehicle and get into a different one out of goodwill for the inconveniences. I explained how we would first need to find a vehicle that works for you as the current low mileage and very low payment vehicle you are in is uncommon and that this process may take some time. I asked if you had the time that day for us to start this process with you which you stated you did. This was the last communication we had, but as it would appear none of our vehicles were to your liking. I apologize for the inconveniences and would be happy to discuss with you more in person and if you desire we will continue to work with you in finding another vehicle that suits your needs in these hard times. When I was with your sales associates and picked out a vehicle they came back with a loan almost 10 thousand dollars more than I already paid for the broken vehicle I had received. The manager said there was nothing they could do to lower my payments or make them around the same and I was having to pay taxes and dmv fees yet again. I told them it had to be the same price as my last vehicle so I wasn’t walking away paying more money and he showed me 3 vehicles and I chose one of the three he showed me. When the manager did the paperwork payment went up 70 dollars and loan went up almsot 10 thousand dollars I would have to qualify for a new loan, and have higher payments. When I told them from the beginning I wanted the same payments and to show me vehicles the same price I paid so nothing would cost me out of pocket more than I had already paid.
