The first experience is always the best with car dealerships because they are nice and want you to spend money but once you do they could give two xxxxs about anything. They have wasted my time. Never return phone calls. Bought a "certified" used car had issues after driving it home on the freeway. Took 3 weeks to get a service appointment Didn't receive 1 phone call back to make an appointment, after I left 3 messages. I had to go online and make an appointment 3 weeks out and get my own rental car for a week so I could go to work and have a reliable transportation with my children Took my car in for its appointment and it has a cracked flex plate. 1.5 to 3 weeks for fixing. On top of my electrical on dash going out. Finally get a rental covered by them that doesn't fit my family needs with children and car seats. And put on a waitlist for a bigger car (who knows when that will show up) So I asked to get a different car in exchange because it's going to keep having problems now. They waste 2 hours of my time showing me different cars and come back with a higher loan and a higher car payment. So now I'm stuck without a car that fits my needs, a broken car I just bought in the shop and a dealership that doesn't answer the phone. And doesn’t care about selling a broken vehicle. Save your sanity, time and money and go with a dealership that values its customers and sells reliable vehicles More
