Took 45 min longer than they said it would, they told me my car was ready so I paid and than stood out front for like 10 min after the guy told me he was going to get my car. I finally went inside and than my car was ready so I paid and than stood out front for like 10 min after the guy told me he was going to get my car. I finally went inside and than they said it was being washed so I waited another 10 min. I understand that it’s a free car wash but it wasn’t even completely clean or dried. I received a new sticker for my oil change which had a date a year from my oil change date and also had everything marked good even after they told me that there was some weird issue with one of my brake pads. Hmmm, makes me wonder how much attention to detail that they actually gave to my car. Super disappointed. I’ve typically had good experiences at this dealership More
