My experience this time was positive, Shannon Medina, made sure to keep me posted about issues with my car and delays. The only thing is hard to get a hold of people sometimes, a lot of times you leave made sure to keep me posted about issues with my car and delays. I came in at 11 o’clock for my appointment. I was then given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance then… I was offered a Lyft ride home to return in two or three hours when the car was finished. I was never contacted throughout the day about the additional time that would be needed! I called three different times with no reply and finally got my car at 6 o’clock at night which is a little extreme and ridiculous for any dealership to take 7 hrs on anyones car for maintenance not repair! I want your Corporate phone number or your owners address! This experience was totally unacceptable! I was given $100.00 as a compensation for my inconvenience. What a joke and an embarrassment to your company for such treatment! I spent $749.00! That’s not a joke in my world and neither is decent and businesslike treatment! More

I reluctantly returned to Gosch Ford today, due to a very negative past experience. But to my surprise, everything is new and very much improved! Danny (General Sales Manager), was absolutely wonderful. He then turned me over to Jerimy in Sales, who turned out to be incredible! If I could give Jerimy 10 stars, I would. From the very beginning, he was warm, professional, and a total joy to work with. I felt totally at ease, and knew I was in great hands! I cannot say enough about this young man. He knows the business so well. I also have to say something about Lisa in Finance. She made the whole document signing process, so easy and comfortable! Then, back to Jerimy for all the final steps. This whole experience for me has been A+!!! More
