I came in at 11 o’clock for my appointment. I was then given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance given the rundown of times that needed to be checked and the cost to each thing that would need to be done to my car for my 100,000 mile maintenance then… I was offered a Lyft ride home to return in two or three hours when the car was finished. I was never contacted throughout the day about the additional time that would be needed! I called three different times with no reply and finally got my car at 6 o’clock at night which is a little extreme and ridiculous for any dealership to take 7 hrs on anyones car for maintenance not repair! I want your Corporate phone number or your owners address! This experience was totally unacceptable! I was given $100.00 as a compensation for my inconvenience. What a joke and an embarrassment to your company for such treatment! I spent $749.00! That’s not a joke in my world and neither is decent and businesslike treatment! More

I reluctantly returned to Gosch Ford today, due to a very negative past experience. But to my surprise, everything is new and very much improved!
